Spring Fling

The purpose of this blog is for me to write more and explore my creative outlets, one of the newer ones being photography. One of my goals when developing this, or thinking of what to write on a blog post was to have a photo spark the content.

So I decided to buy a camera... a nice camera, honestly the camera sparked the blog idea. I've always been interested in photography, taking pictures with my iPhone etc, but wanted to elevate my skills. So when the purchase of a condo fell through (story for another time), I shifted gears from condo ownership to photography. How millennial of me.... avocado toast and all. I digress...

Since purchasing the camera in January, I've used it mainly in doors, but now that spring has sprung I'm starting to take my skills to the great outdoors. Mind you, I live in the midwest- and it just hit above 60 so it's still pretty barren out there, but I love when you can find a tree just starting to bud or vibrant color contrasts.
