Tuna With Sriracha Mayo

OK - It’s not pretty - but the flavor well makes up for it!

One of my biggest food challenges is what to eat for lunch. I’m always looking for something filling, but also light. Finally, I’ve found something that checks off both boxes.

Tuna with Sriracha Mayo - sometimes with cucumbers or pickles.

It’s a super quick and easy meal (some may say snack, but for my lunch needs it’s a meal). It’s low calorie and high protein with an abundance of flavor. I eat it most days during the week when I’m working from home. Get ready to be satiated.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tuna pouch - I do Starkist lite in water, but any tuna will do

  • 1-2 tbsp sriracha mayo

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

  • Diced Cucumbers or Pickles for an added crunch - the amount is up to you

Recipe:

  1. Pour out tuna from pouch

  2. Mix in sriracha mayo

  3. Add salt and pepper to taste

  4. Add cucumbers or pickles if desired

Enjoy! That’s it! Super simple but oh so filling. And soooo tasty. It may not be the prettiest to look at, but damn does it pack a punch with the flavor. I usually eat the tuna on its own. Sometimes I’ll pair it with a cracker, but you could easily make this into a sandwich if you wanted some carbs in your diet.
